EMPLOYMENT

4M Sigma is currently seeking a part-time, experienced electro-mechanical assembler for production work. Required knowledge includes the ability to work independently from electrical schematics & wirelists and mechanical drawings. Aerospace quality and knowledge of mil-spec tooling, materials, and processes are required for cable and chassis assemblies. Parts assembled include electro-mechanical components, circuit boards, vector boards, and circular, rectangular and coax connectors. Mil-Std-2000A-equivalent soldering, wirewrap assembly, environmental potting, mechanical and thermal stripping, and contact crimping capabilities are required. Prototyping and technician skills a plus.
